Weekly Progress Report

Every Monday Morning during the school year a designee at the Middle School (Secretary) and High school (AD) shall run the Interim Progress Report (IPR) Calculations needed to provide data for Athletic Eligibility and At-Risk (Failure) calculations.  These steps should be followed in the following order. 
  1. Load Unposted Averages (Mark Reporting Center - Calculations) 
  2. IPR Eligibility Calculation (Mark Reporting Center - Calculations) 
  3. IPR At Risk Calculation (Mark Reporting Center - Calculations) 
Then, access the reports that show the results of these calculations
  1. Activity Eligibility (Registration - Reports) 
  2. At Risk Information (Registration)
